about
My great grandmother, who just recently passed away, used to always lovingly joke -- "well, you're worth 29 cents!" In her last year, at the age of 90, she had lost all real communication with the outside world and was trapped in her own little world-- quite a difference from the wild life she lived.
lyrics
They say there's no room in prison for instability
Just a padded room where a loon makes no attempt at remembering
But where's the home for the one who couldn't hurt a single fly
It's not that she wouldn't try, it just it hurts too much to comply
I fell in love with cell 29-D
Yeah, I fell in love with cell 29-D
She sat there, quietly playing all her games
Shriveled and hurting, didn't know my name
She did before but that was - oh so long ago
And we both know things aren't the same, and that'll never grow
